Mbali is a business director with extensive knowledge in providing strategic direction for businesses in various industries including mining, financial services, renewable energy, and smart mobility.
She has a track record of growing business revenue, market expansion, developing alternative distribution channels, identifying investment opportunities, financial planning, insurance, and risk management.
Mbali holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Durham Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of South Africa.
Mbali’s exposure to various industries has equipped her with the critical skills required to navigate and thrive within the business environment. She serves on board of companies in the mining and related industries and in the financial services sector.
Mbali provides strategic direction and oversight for the businesses that she is involved in. She is passionate about social impact investing, sustainable finance and multiplying voices of female professionals and business owners to achieve transformation objectives and creating and preserving wealth for previously disadvantaged people.
Jovi Chen

Jovi is an experienced executive entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years of experience in various executive roles at key Financial, Tech Institutions & Consulting Firms in South Africa, USA and Belgium. He is well known as an entrepreneur who is strategic and innovative with strong leadership skills, and in identifying & commercializing opportunities.
His experience ranges from strategic transformation of product, operations, business development and digital strategy. He is familiar with collaboration in the startup space. Under his leadership, his team has successfully incubated and accelerated 50+ startups, both in Africa and Asia. Jovi also represents South Africa in the Africa-Asia collaboration task team for Japan in the Agritech Greentech & Fintech space.
Jovi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information System and Business Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI USA, and an MBA through Edinburgh Business School (UK).
Jovi co-founded Zen Consortium in 2016 as the result of fulfilling his long-term mission of driving a positive social impact. Zen has grown to become a leading impact advisory with an international footprint with offices in South Africa, the UK, Turkey, and China.
With his vast background and experiences, he will be able to add significant value that further complement the existing structure of companies, particularly on strategic direction, product & services, innovation, and digital transformation. Jovi has a passion for delivering social outcomes through sustainable business ventures.
Gildah Tshukutswane

Gildah is an entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the IT and business management sector. She has over 30 years of experience with highly regarded organisations and has delivered over 40 management consulting projects across various industries.
Gildah holds a BCom Degree in Information Systems and Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. She is also a Certified Coach and founder of Wells of Value.
Gildah is passionate about operational excellence, project management, growth, social impact and sustainability of organisations and people that she has the honour of serving. As a born leader she finds great fulfilment in coaching people, and creating a platform for others to lead a better lifestyle is something that is dear to her.
Theko Letsie

Theko is an Entrepreneur and Founder of 3E Group where he is currently heading various ventures including being the Business Development Manager of 3E Control and Instrumentation Pty Ltd.
Theko is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He started his Engineering journey at Kellog Brown and Root, KBR, Inc., an American Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company, formerly a subsidiary of Halliburton where he progressed from a Graduate Engineer position to leading EPCM projects as a Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer.
Theko later joined DRA Global, a multi-disciplinary global engineering group delivering mining, mineral processing, energy water treatment and infrastructure services, where he worked as a Lead Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Engineer. He then moved to Yokogawa, an Industrial Automation Japanese company, where he was heading Southern African Mining division as their Mining Business Development Manager.
Theko has over 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Mineral Processing and Metals industry, where he has been involved at various industry life-cycle stages including, design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance and operations.
Theko Graduated from the University of Cape Town (UCT) with Honours in Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Electrical Engineering – Bsc (Hons) Elec Eng. He Later enrolled at Wits Business School (WBS) where he was awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management- PGDM (Bus.Man).
Makabele Letsie

Makabele has a BComm Honours from the University of The Witwatersrand. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles such as Economic planning, fundraising, executive assistant, investor relations and public relations analyst. Her experience cuts across different industries non-profit organisation, government and the mining industry.
She is currently employed by Bushveld Minerals, an AIM listed mining company since 2015 as an Investor Relations and Public Relations Analyst.
Makabele graduated from University of Lesotho with a BComm Economics minor in Business Administration. She also holds a BComm Honours in Economics.
