Stephen is an entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the African entrepreneur ecosystem for over two decades. He is the founder of ENN Africa, which through its business management application empowers upcoming and experienced entrepreneurs through an integrated suite of management tools specifically designed for small businesses. Stephen completed his Project Management Diploma in 2004 and his HTML4 Programming Diploma in 2000, both from Damelin. He also completed his Matric there in 1988. Stephen was certified as a Principal Business Advisor by the Institute of Business Advisers (SA) in 2014. He currently mentors at Black Umbrellas and is part of the advisory panel of SAICA ED. He also holds the role of Director: Strategic Alliances at ICF South Africa Chapter since 2017 and the National Director of the ManKind Project in South Africa since 2016. Stephen is also involved in media having co-founded Change Your Game radio show, which is currently in its third season on Channel Africa and has been a panel judge on Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs TV reality show, since inception, which is now in its 4th season available on DSTV and other TV channels.
Nomsa is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience. She has worked in several industries including in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing and Mining & Metals. Skilled in Career Development, HR Consulting, Transformation, Leadership Development, Executive Search, Talent development, Skills Transfer, Employee Relations amongst other things. She has worked as an HR Generalist at management and executive roles for various companies such as Checkers Group of Companies, PepsiCo SA, Tiger Brands, Colgate Palmolive SA, HeinekenSA. Nomsa graduated from Western Cape University with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services and has completed a Global Executive Development Programs with Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business.
Nqobani is a Business Performance Manager at City Power Jhb (SOC) Ltd, a position he held since July 2018. Prior to that he held various managerial positions at City Power including Meter Reading of Large Power Users, Revenue Enhancement. Nqobani is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) and a post graduate Diploma in Taxation & Tax Law from Regenesys Business School and University of South Africa respectively. He also holds a degree from Rhodes University in financial Journalism: Bloomberg Media Initiative Africa obtained in 2017. In 2016, he obtained a post graduate Diploma in Professional Accountant in Practice, Professional Accountant (SA) from SAIPA – South African Institute of Professional Accountants. Prior to that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting Science from University of South Africa in 2012. Nqobani is a show host at Business Today in Africa since 2015, a business radio show that creates a platform to discuss topical business stories, talk to leaders and champions of industry, engage Small and medium enterprises and emerging entrepreneurs, discuss markets and market performances, including personal finance. He is also a Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at Chelsea Mews Body Corporate, since 2013 to date.
Theko is an Entrepreneur and Founder of 3E Group where he is currently heading various ventures including being the Business Development Manager of 3E Control and Instrumentation Pty Ltd.
Theko is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He started his Engineering journey at Kellog Brown and Root, KBR, Inc., an American Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company, formerly a subsidiary of Halliburton where he progressed from a Graduate Engineer position to leading EPCM projects as a Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer.
Theko later joined DRA Global, a multi-disciplinary global engineering group delivering mining, mineral processing, energy water treatment and infrastructure services, where he worked as a Lead Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Engineer. He then moved to Yokogawa, an Industrial Automation Japanese company, where he was heading Southern African Mining division as their Mining Business Development Manager.
Theko has over 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Mineral Processing and Metals industry, where he has been involved at various industry life-cycle stages including, design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance and operations.
Theko Graduated from the University of Cape Town (UCT) with Honours in Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Electrical Engineering – Bsc (Hons) Elec Eng. He Later enrolled at Wits Business School (WBS) where he was awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management- PGDM (Bus.Man).
Makabele has a BComm Honours from the University of The Witwatersrand. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles such as Economic planning, fundraising, executive assistant, investor relations and public relations analyst. Her experience cuts across different industries non-profit organisation, government and the mining industry.
She is currently employed by Bushveld Minerals, an AIM listed mining company since 2015 as an Investor Relations and Public Relations Analyst.
Makabele graduated from University of Lesotho with a BComm Economics minor in Business Administration. She also holds a BComm Honours in Economics.
